A private chef for your whole villa stay
A week in a Tuscan villa is meant for thinking about nothing. Yet every day someone has to decide what to eat, shop, cook and clear up. With a chef for the whole stay, that part disappears.
We organise a meal calendar around your schedule: late breakfasts, light lunches by the pool, more structured dinners in the evening and a few special nights in between.
How a week with a chef works
Before you arrive we collect tastes, allergies, ages and the holiday programme: day trips, beach days, dinners out. From there comes a calendar showing which meals we cook each day and at what time.
We shop every day, from local producers whenever we can. The menu changes daily so nobody gets bored, and last-minute requests find room.
Families, friends and groups
With children we prepare a simpler menu alongside the grown-ups'. With groups of friends we alternate relaxed dinners with one or two bigger evenings, perhaps a wine pairing or a truffle dinner in season.
On request we add floor staff for the nights you want full service, and a cooking class for those who want to learn fresh pasta.

Every stay has its own calendar: this is just an example.
- Breakfast: fruit, homemade pastries, eggs to order
- Lunch: seasonal salads, fresh pasta, grilled fish or vegetables
- Aperitivo: sparkling wine and small bites at sunset
- Dinner: three or four courses built on local produce
- One evening: a special dinner with wine pairing or a cooking class
Frequently asked questions
Does the chef sleep in the villa?
Usually not: the chef comes for the planned meals and leaves after clearing up. If the villa has staff quarters and you need a continuous presence, we can discuss it.
What is the minimum length?
We work from two full days up to a week or more. For a single dinner there is our private chef in a villa service.
Is the shopping included?
The service covers the shopping, which is either accounted for separately or included in the quote, as you prefer. Wine and drinks are agreed separately.
Can you cook only on some evenings?
Yes. We decide the calendar together: every dinner, just a few, or breakfasts and dinners.
How is the price worked out?
By number of guests, days, meals per day and staff. We prepare an overall quote for the stay.
