Syntonia was born from the meeting between the science of experiential luxury and artisanal care for detail. We don't organise events: we compose sensory scores in which every note, visual, olfactory, tactile, is crafted to resonate long in the memory of those who experience it.
We work with a selected number of clients each year, because the quality of attention cannot be scaled. Every project we accept becomes our most important project, no exceptions, no compromises.

Every experience is tailored for the highest level of luxury, with the utmost discretion and privacy: from the chosen ingredient to the chef's gesture, everything tells a story designed for you alone.

Medieval castle · Florence hills
A medieval castle in the Florence hills: crenellated walls, a courtyard that lights up at dusk with lanterns and long tables, a tower that looks far. The right place for a signature dinner or a party that stays.
Renaissance residence · Florence center
In the quiet heart of Florence, a historic residence whose arched loggia opens onto a green cloister. You dine beneath Renaissance frescoes, among pietra serena stone and candlelight. A place that turns a dinner into a chapter of history.
Medieval tower · Sienese village
In a medieval village near Siena, a little tower for your exclusive use. You climb to the terrace at the top and dine under the sky, among ancient stone and the rooftops of the village. An experience for a few, up to six guests.
The Method
Before we speak about venues or catering, we want to understand who you are. Your story, your values, the emotions you want your guests to carry home. Only from there do we build something authentic.
We translate your identity into a multisensory concept: visual, olfactory, gustatory, tactile, sonic. Not a mood board, but a complete score. An experience you can already imagine living before it exists.
On the day of the event, you are present. We are the silence behind every detail. Our measure of success is that everything seems to have happened on its own, natural, inevitable, exactly as it should be.
