Private chef for international guests
People who travel far for a stay in Italy usually want two things: to eat really well and not to have to explain what they want every time. We often work with families, companies and travellers from abroad, and we know how much it matters to feel understood.
Our team speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese. The chef presents the dishes in your language, the dining-room staff run the service without intermediaries, and every request reaches the right person.
Discreet, tailored service
Many of our clients value discretion above all. We arrive, cook, serve and leave without intruding on the house or the guests' privacy. Confidentiality is part of the job, not an extra.
Every menu starts with a conversation: eating habits, intolerances, timings, cuisines the guests love or want to avoid. If someone follows a particular diet, we keep it in mind from the first course to the last.

Italian cooking, explained to those who come from abroad
For people visiting Italy, dinner is also a way to get to know the country. We explain where each product comes from, why that pasta is made this way in Tuscany and nowhere else, which wine we chose and why. No lectures, just the tone of a conversation at the table.
If the guests wish, we can turn an afternoon into a small cooking lesson: handmade pasta, traditional sauces, and then everyone at the table to eat what they made.

Where we reach you
We start from Florence and cover the whole of Tuscany, from the villas of Chianti and the Val d'Orcia to the coast and the islands. We also follow our guests to Milan, Lake Como, Liguria, the Costa Smeralda, the Amalfi Coast and on board yachts.
For those who organise travel on behalf of others, family offices, concierges or agencies, we are a single reference for food: one contact, a clear quote, the same quality everywhere.

- Dessert: cantuccini and vin santo, or a traditional dessert
Frequently asked questions
Which languages does your team speak?
Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese. The chef and the dining-room staff can run the evening directly in the guests' language.
Do you work with concierges, family offices and travel agencies?
Yes. We often receive requests from people organising on behalf of others: we offer a single contact, a clear quote and consistent service in every destination.
Can you respect diets and dietary restrictions?
Yes. We collect preferences, allergies and restrictions in advance, religious ones included, and build the menu around them.
Do you guarantee the guests' confidentiality?
Discretion is part of how we work: we enter the home to cook and serve, respecting the guests' privacy.
Can you follow guests to several places during their trip?
Yes. We can accompany a stay between Florence, Tuscany and other Italian destinations, with travel agreed in the quote.
