Proposal dinner in Florence and Tuscany
A proposal can't be improvised, but it shouldn't feel like a show either. Florence's luxury hotels sell proposal packages, but the room stays the hotel's. We bring dinner wherever you want: a villa in the hills, a terrace in the centre, the house you are staying in.
The chef cooks on site and serves at the table, and the timing of the dinner is built around the moment you stand up from your chair.
You choose the moment, we adapt
We talk beforehand, just with you if you prefer, to understand how you want to do it: before dessert, after the first glass, at sunset in the garden. The staff know when to disappear and when to come back, and nobody walks in at the wrong moment.
If you want the ring hidden in the dessert or the glass, we talk it through carefully first: safety comes before the effect.
Flowers, candles and the right table
We can take care of the table setting, candles and flowers, and choose with you where to lay the table: in the living room, on a terrace with a view of the city, in the garden. We work discreetly, so the surprise stays a surprise until the last moment.
If you have chosen a photographer to capture the moment unnoticed, we coordinate with them on light, positions and timing.

Where can we hold the dinner?
In a private villa or house in Florence and Tuscany, on a terrace or in the apartment where you are staying. You choose the place: we bring the kitchen and the service.
How do you stay discreet until the proposal?
We agree everything with you in advance and arrive before the person you are surprising. Service follows the timing you decided.
Can you hide the ring in the dessert?
We talk it through carefully first. We prefer safe solutions, such as the ring served under a cloche or beside the dessert.
Do you also cater a dinner with friends and family after the yes?
Yes, we can prepare a second dinner or a wider toast, the same evening or in the following days.
How much does a proposal dinner cost?
It depends on menu, place and styling: roughly 90 to 250 euros per person for the dinner. We send you a clear quote before confirming.
