People who rent a luxury villa today expect more than a beautiful house. Before they even arrive they ask whether someone can cook, organise a birthday dinner, prepare breakfast in the morning. If you answer that question with a reliable name, the stay has already started well.
We work with property managers, luxury rental agencies and concierges who want to offer their guests a private chef without having to manage it. We talk to the guest, build the menu, cook in the villa and leave the kitchen in order.
How we work with you
We agree the house rules once: access, timings, use of the kitchen, what can be touched and what cannot. From then on, when a guest asks for a chef, you put us in touch and we take care of the rest, from the first message to the final payment.
If you prefer, we work through you, with you as the guest's only point of contact. We adapt to the way you handle bookings, not the other way round.
What we can offer your guests
A dinner for the most important evening of the stay, a meal package for the whole week, breakfasts and lunches by the pool, a cooking class for those who want to learn fresh pasta, an aperitivo at sunset. On request we also bring dining-room staff and take care of the table setting.
The team speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese, so foreign guests talk directly to the people who cook.
Where we operate
Our base is Florence and we cover the whole of Tuscany: Chianti, the Val d'Orcia, Siena, Lucca, Versilia and Forte dei Marmi, the coast from Bolgheri to the Argentario, the islands. We also follow guests to villas on Lake Como, in Liguria, on the Costa Smeralda and the Amalfi Coast.
