In the evening, between the rows and the famous cypress avenue, you eat in a light that few other places have. We lay the table in the farmhouses, the estates and the villa gardens, for an intimate dinner or a long table of friends. Where we work
We work in Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, at Marina di Castagneto and towards San Vincenzo, in the estates of the Bolgheri DOC and the charming country houses of the area. On request we also travel into the nearby Maremma.
From the email to dinner on the avenue of cypresses
It begins with an email. You give us the number of guests, the date and the idea of the evening, and we come back with a menu drawn just for you. We settle the courses, note allergies and tastes and give you a transparent quote.
On the agreed day the chef arrives at the villa or the estate with everything needed, cooks live and looks after the service, then leaves everything in order. Between Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and the estates along the Bolgherese road we get there with no trouble.

Here the wine sets the pace. Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Guado al Tasso: we build the dinner to accompany the great reds of the Bolgherese, with the meats of the Maremma, the fish of the nearby coast, the oil and herbs of the place. We take care of the pairing, if you like, glass after glass.
