The Sienese estates are among the finest places to celebrate, and we know them well. For a wedding or an anniversary we bring the chef and the floor service, build the menu with you and look after the dinner from the first course to the last toast. The cooking of the Crete
Here the table tells the land: pici, the beef of the Val di Chiana, the pecorini, the cured meats, the unsalted bread. These are bold flavours that sit well with the reds of the Sienese Chianti and of Montalcino. We build the menu around them, without forcing anything.

How we arrange a dinner in Siena
It begins with an email. You tell us how many you will be, the date and the tone of the evening, and we propose a menu thought out for you. We choose the courses together, factor in allergies and tastes and give you a clear quote.
On the set day the chef arrives with the chosen ingredients, cooks live in the palazzo or the villa and looks after the service, then leaves everything in order. In Siena we move between the contrade of the centre and the villas on the surrounding hills, towards the Crete and the Siena Chianti.
