The headland villas look at the sea from behind the pines, and the boats at anchor seek the same quiet. In both cases the cooking is light and of the sea, with the fish of the Tigullio and the herbs of the maquis. On board we adapt to the galley; on shore we lay the table where the view is best. The service stays invisible.
