We bring a chef to the residences in the city and the estates of the countryside, for an intimate dinner, a celebration or a wedding. The cooking is that of the territory: honest, full of character, like the wines of these parts.
We work bespoke, because an evening in Siena is never quite like another.
Weddings and celebrations in the estates
The Sienese estates are among the finest places to celebrate, and we know them well. For a wedding or an anniversary we bring the chef and the floor service, build the menu with you and look after the dinner from the first course to the last toast. You think about the guests, we take care of the rest.
The cooking of the Crete
Here the table tells the land: pici, the beef of the Val di Chiana, the pecorini, the cured meats, the unsalted bread. These are bold flavours that sit well with the reds of the Sienese Chianti and of Montalcino. We build the menu around them, without forcing anything.
