Private chef in Milan
Milan is a city that moves fast, but the best evenings are the ones where you stop: dinner at home, with friends or the right partners, no tables next to you and no closing time. That is where we come in.
We bring a chef to the penthouses, residences and event spaces of Milan, for a private dinner or a business occasion. We do not keep a kitchen in the city: we travel from Florence with our chef and our direction, and agree the travel with you from the start.
We work bespoke, for an intimate dinner or an important corporate evening.
Private dinners and business dinners
In Milan many of the evenings we handle are for representation: a dinner to close a deal, a family anniversary, an event for a few chosen guests. In every case the value is the same, discretion and attention to detail. We build the menu around the occasion and stay in the background, because at the table it is you and your guests who are the centre.
A service that arrives from Florence
We are a Tuscan house, and we come to Milan as a destination service. That means we organise ahead: the details of the venue, the shopping, the logistics, the timing. The travel is set out clearly in the quote, with no surprises. On the day the chef arrives, cooks, serves and leaves everything in order.
Where we work
We work in Milan city, in the penthouses and residences of the centre, in showrooms and event spaces. On request we also travel across Lombardy and towards Lake Como.
A chef from Florence, at your home in Milan
We do not have a fixed base in Milan: we come from Florence, with travel included in the quote, and that lets us bring to the city the same way of working we follow in Tuscany. It all starts with an email: you tell us how many guests, the date and the kind of evening, and we draw a tailored menu.
On the chosen day the chef arrives at your apartment or penthouse with the shopping already done, cooks live and looks after the service, then clears up. We move from the centre to CityLife, from Brera to the Navigli.
Private and business dinners in Milan
In Milan we are called above all for two things: the discreet, impeccable corporate dinner, with a few guests who matter, and the private evening at home, from the anniversary to dinner among friends. We bring high-end cooking with Tuscan roots, built on the season and your taste, with the option to pair the wines.
No ready-made menu: every table has its own, because in Milan the detail is what makes the difference.
