Monte Argentario keeps a summer rhythm of its own. Boats slip back into Porto Ercole as the sun drops, the villas look down on the sea from the headland, and dinner can last as long as you like. That dinner is what we take care of.
We bring a chef to the villas of the Argentario and on board the yachts at anchor, with fish landed that same morning at the Porto Santo Stefano market. You choose the occasion and the guests, and we handle the rest.
We work bespoke, from a quiet dinner for two to a party in a garden above the water.
Dinner with the sea in front of you
Here the cooking follows the season and the place. In summer that means raw fish, seafood cooked with a light hand, garden vegetables and dishes that sit well on a warm evening. We lay the table wherever you prefer, on the terrace above the sea, in the garden or on the jetty, and stay out of the way for the rest of the night.
People who stay on the Argentario tend to want exactly this: someone to look after the table without turning it into a production. A chef at home gives you back the time with your guests, and the kitchen is left as you found it.
On board as on shore
We also cook on board, on the yachts moored at Cala Galera or lying at anchor along the coast. A boat's galley has its own space and its own pace, and we adapt: leaner menus, courses that suit a gentle swell, everything worked out with the crew before we come aboard.
Whether you want dinner served under way at sunset or lunch at anchor in a cove, the way we work does not change. Only the view does.
Where we work
We work in Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, across the Monte Argentario headland, at Cala Galera and along the Feniglia, in the villas and on the yachts of the area. On request we also travel towards Orbetello and the nearby coast.

Yes. We cook on yachts at their moorings or at anchor, adapting the menu and service to the galley. We arrange everything with the crew before the evening.
Can you get fresh fish of the day?
Yes, we buy at the Porto Santo Stefano fish market that same morning, when the boats come in. We set the seafood menu around whatever is good that day.
What kind of dinners do you cook on the Argentario in summer?
Light, sea-facing dinners, long aperitifs at sunset, tables on the terrace or in the garden. We move between raw fish, grilled seafood and garden cooking, keeping warm evenings easy.
Do you work in the headland villas and at Cala Galera?
Yes, we reach the villas of Monte Argentario and the boats at Cala Galera. Travel costs are agreed clearly beforehand.
